We had submitted an application for updating mobile and e-mail id for bsnl telephone number +91-361-2466220/229 & +91-361-2460207 as on 10-10-2017 at guwahati bsnl office, assam, india
But the same has not been updated because of which we are unable to add both the telephone numbers in our bsnl selfcare portal and its showing a message that mobile number has not been registered to the said telephone number.
Please update the registered mobile and e-mail address as per the application submitted at your office.
