I made payment on 28th october through the umang app to mp-e nagarpalika for house tax ( property id 1002734625). Amount has been deducted from my account but has not been credited to mp-e nagarpalika. Since it was the last date on 31st october for bill pay, i have made payment offline through the window.
I had a discussion with mp-e nagarpalika, they haven't received any payment yet from BBPS on 28th october.
I requested to initiate a refund for the same as soon as possible.
I used the umang app and in umang i have selected the option for Gpay. From Gpay amount has been paid to PAYU private limited and from PAYU pvt ltd to BBPS. From any of paltform i didn't get any help. I tried to contact with BBPS continuously but their helpline no. is not working. Below I am sharing transaction details.
