Another Scam By Vodafone

Yet again this happened. Vodafone charged me Rs.99 for no reason. I called up the customer care department 3 of them put my call on vodafone delight and 3 kept me waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes each and in the end disconnect it. The next day I called one guy called "Gaurav" kept on repeating his words "these charges are deducted from wesites" I explained him more than four times that I have not opened any website but he kept on repeating that made me Irate and I asked if he is mad enough to get what I'm trying to say and he hung up. They have the worst, no, possibly the worst ever! customer service which one can provide to the customers. First they deduct your balance then don't even care to assit you. This si not the first time it has happened to me. 2 months earlier they deducted some amount for no reason. I put this over the consumer website and received a call from nodal department. they kept calling me for more than a month instead of resolving my issue and when I asked to speak to the manager they promised a call back and never did! Worst ever! Illiterates customer care executive who have no sense to speak. very much unprofessional, annoying!

Last time they misguided me over the phone moreover in written as well. They Promise to give me the validity for 28 days in writing but did not.This time they have charged my account for Rs.99 for no reason! stating that I have downloaded some app or something. As if I don't know how to use my phone or I'm unaware about how the apps get downloaded and how these company trick people into paying by deducting some amount. This time I am going to sue you people! I want my each penny back with apology note and call from each one who misbehaved with me! If you vodafone cannot take care of the customers why do we even use it!

Worst possible customer service ever!
