I have cancelled my Railway eticket PNR no 4605288747 on 06/01/2014 and IRCTC send me SMS that your tkt cancelled.PNR no 4605288747 ,Amt.3690 will be refunded in your account.Till this time 18/01/2014 i have not received the amount in my account.Please look into this matter
