My name Mr.Zalak Shah.
I have taken American express gold card in 2016..& regularly used & did all payments regularly...but in Jan 2019 , I dropped cheque & they not received cheque so payment overdue so they blocked my card on temparory base...I paid some part of payment via NEFT transfer..but they not unblocked my card..so I called in coustomer care & they said complete first full payment of Card & then your card will activate immediately...As per they talked I paid full amount in one slot with interest & late payment charge...after full payment before 90 days I again called in coustomer care but they cheated me & said your card is permanently cancelled...It's a charge card & I paid Rs 4000 also every year regularly.. after payment still they don't update in cibil also..
I checked in cibil still it's shows outstanding of 90030. They cancelled my card & not updated in cibil also..I am really very disappointed by worst service of American Express..Pls give me legal advise , I want to take strict legal action against this company...
