I brought a book advertised as latest edition and sold at 40% discount
on 3rd May, 2017 for Rs.620/- (order no:406-2755784-5980360), it was received on 11/May but the book was of 2010 edition (with list price Rs.620/-).
When I complained, Amazon picked up the book on 12th May and promised refund
in my bank account by 18th May. The refund has still not been received and they
have disabled contact us link. The last message received is given below
But
(a) There is no refund till date
(b) Amazon is not prepared to tell me in whose account
and by which mode has the amount been refunded
(Account Number/Beneficary Name/IFSC code/NEFT number)
(c) It is ridiculous that they "refund" to whomever they want
and then ask the customer to check

'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see
