I am Airtel post paid customer for more than five years after Ambani Reliance stopped. For the last 3-4 months I am not being able to avail even basic Uber services from outside home (wi fi) as internet connection is so poor. It is almost impossible to contact their customer services. The Government wants to build Digital India without proper ways to monitor these behemoths. They should be strictly monitered as the whole system is dependant on these service providers. They are cheating the public. If their services are so bad in proper Metros we can guess what is happening in the suburbs & the villages. They have raised their charges this month but fails to provide proper services.
