I have closed my postpaid connection number 9900232235 since January and Airtel needs to refund my balance amount of 6000 Rs but even after my repeated requests and complaints to send my refund cheque on my new address mentioned below they are keep sending it to bangalore address and i'm not receiving my amount. Everytime i have spoke to customer care i was passed on to some other department with some request number which never addressed. I would like to know if at all i will get my money back or i need to file a police complaint against it.
