I have requested to shift my connection to Mini Bazar to Shiv dhara residency. Your sales person came at my place and told me its feasible. He took money from me and after 2 days he told me your money will be refunded as the new place is not feasible. So now I am trying to get back my money since last 52 days. And that sales person asked me to talk directly with his team leader Bhavin Patel.
First of all he is very rude and unprofessional. First he said me you will get refund in 7 days as per company policy. After 7 days when I asked him again he told me it will take 15 days as per company policy and after 15 days he told me it will take 45 days as per company policy. And every time he was rude and last time he abused me also. I have call recordings also. Below is the details of persons mentioned above from Surat team.
