I bought NOKIA 6.1 plus date of sep-26-2018 from Nokia official site. I used only one month its charging point has not working and mobile have one year warranty. Then, I consult customer care near by my area called satna by the date 4-NOV-2018. They said it will not repair in satna we have to send bhupal for re-paring. Then i agreed with customer services and i received a mail from customer service it will return u by 14-nov-2018. I concern at 14-nov with customer care services, they said it will take some more time for the reason of not availability of spare parts and Now, today the date is 28-nov-2018. Till i have not at received single information/mail from Nokia service care. I feel bad that NOKIA is an indian brand but its services are very delay. Please respond and repair it fast.
