I have brought a open plot for 65 lakhs via online auction and paid half the amount of 34 lakhs.
There is small room in the plot which has House number which has the owners name registered on that house number.
Bank never mentioned that there is small room which has house number in the plot while advertising the auction.
When we approached to bank about this information they said that I should check all the information prior the auction.
Bank officials say that they can give only sale deed certificate(after paying full amount) for the plot but not the House nor mention the house number in the sale deed certificate
If I pay total amount and buy this property..can the owner file a case/approach court that house is still registered on his name
Will this be an issue ?
