I, Mayan Shah own a Wi-pod, & Reliance is service provider to it. My subscriber No. is: 9327124192. On 23/07/2016 at 17:29:10 hours, I recharged online for Rs.499/-. Transaction was successful & a online receipt was generated, receipt No.:AMIR85650649 & Transaction No.:107487465. Since than I lodged an online complaint & sent a mail to rcom.b.my services@relianceada.com on 03/08/2016 to which I was asked to provide details of payment & screen shot or receipt, which I mailed them on 16/08/2016, since than I have sent them 5 more reminders dated 19/08, 22/08, 29/08, 07/09, & 17/09/2016 through mail, however till date neither I have received their reply nor my Wi-pod is recharged.
I feel I like am cheated by so called big company "RELIANCE", who do not care to reply their customer & solve such a small issue.
