I'm looking for advice from people in India who have experience with Aramex shipping.
I ordered a custom 3D-printed item from an Indian seller.
Timeline:
- Order placed: May 21
- Original shipping date: June 12
- Shipping was delayed multiple times.
- Shipping label created: July 7
As of today (July 20), Aramex still says:
"Shipper generated a new shipment label, but the shipment has not been handed over to Aramex yet."
When I contacted Aramex, they also replied that they have not yet received the shipment from the sender.
However, the seller told me the delay was caused by a "Trump war issue" and a lack of connecting flights.
My question is:
Does this explanation make sense to people familiar with Aramex in India? Or does this tracking status usually mean the seller has not actually handed over the package yet?
I'm not trying to accuse anyone. I just want to understand whether this situation is normal.
