I met Mr. Rehan Husain from B. H. Handicrafts at furniture fair, IHGF Delhi and paid INR 116,000 for goods via Proforma Invoice (PI) on Nov 2025. After 3.5 months of false promises and delays (attached some of many promises ), the supplier never delivered to my consolidator in Jodhpur, then tried to force direct delivery to Singapore (avoiding quality/quantity control) and now refuses to refund the deposit. I am taking a legal action against them, filling police report etc
There is another similar complaint on their website from 2024 where, after 3 mths of delays, customer received only 1/5 of items and not what she ordered and then was blocked on whatsApp.
