I am told that the gas leakage of my o general split AC has happened due to pigeons and though it's still under warranty, I shall be charged for the gas refill and repair.
There is no proper documentation that makes such claims that gas leakage repairs shall be charged due to pigeons. Thereby, I want to raise the concern and get it addressed soon.
