I have purchased the Iphone 6s (space Gray, 128 GB) from the 2Gud Flipkart vide Order ID- OD121620468799394100. Order placed on 25.04.2021 and item delivered on 03 May 2021.
However, it has been observed on the same day that the battery packup of this mobile phone is very poor and the mobile is overheating. I have tried to return the item and to refund the amount which i have paid for this item, but continuously the error "Something went wrong!please try again later." showing in the application/web. You are requested to issue necessary directions to the concerned department to resolve the issue for return the product and refund my money.
