i ve only communicated via mails with tata docomo. However whatever commitments were given were all false. kindly advise how the handle the matter.

i took a Tata Docomo post paid connection 9 months back...as Docomo couldn't provide me the service they are not willing to refund my advance also after 9 months...Tata Docomo ko kya ho gaya hai...
