My Landline of BSNL - 04423637573 - hasnt been working since 12/12/12. I registered a complain on 13/12/12. The complaint number is 17649284432. The phone is "phone dead". Please let me know how I can complain to the consumer court about this as this seems to happen once every two-three months...
