I have account with your Basai Road Branchat Gurugram my A/c No.0471040100001456 I have more than 20 FDRs and your officials are giving discrepent services and they have deducted Rs.1000/- from my FDRs for the reasons best known to them. I being disabled Sr.citizen cannot sustain this much loss. So pls. instruct yourbranch manager at Basai Road, Gurugram to credit the amount in my FDRs. Moreover, they are threatening me with dire consequences and asking me to go out otherwise they will call the Guard and throw me out forcibly.
Please let me know what should I do. I would like to have a personal meeting with head of J*K bank at Srinagar so that I can explain the grievances. An urgent action is requested.
