I left my company on Aug-2013 and i have submitted all ful & final settlement forms to HR after resign.
Till date they have not given my ful & final setlement amount and even my Super annuation amount.
What shoule i do.
I talked to HR so many times and they refused.

I was an employee for "X" company and resigned that company in 2013 Aug.Till date i am waiting for PF money in my account.Company HR is telling that they submitter PF forms.But still on EPFO site it is showing " NO STATUS".
