Dear sir my videocon d2h customer id 28032485 . set top box is showing Signal Not available and hence i report the complaint against resolving that issue on date 6/11/2017. videocon customer care department registered the my and not send any complaint ID to me. When i called the next day on date 7/11/2017 the customer care department not said the satisfied answer to me tha why the complaint not solved till today. but they registered the complaint again and send me a messege that complaint ID 541542025 and this solved again next day till 08/11/2017.
