MTS broadband Slow Speed Issue

MBlazer Unlimited 799 plan
20 December-Complaint no – c1 249872638- the status of the complaint is still open, I have been getting calls asking for bill payment but not for the service. I am not ready to pay for the service which I have not utilized. Even after repeatedly conveying the message the calls have not been stopped and I have been getting hard copy bills.
I request the company to either fix the problem with acknowledgement or repay the device charges. And I will only be paying from the day the internet speed problem is fixed.
The complaints are registered with the outlet, customer care and mails too.
Please help me fix this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

Slow speed is service issue.

But the product has been delivered to you so MTS rightfully owes you money. So as a thumb rule if I were you, I'd have paid the bill and closed the connection as soon as possible.

It is not the amount that matters. It is more of my self-respect as an educated consumer!Shy
