I have credit card from State Bank and is in order. There has been no delays / defaults ever on the same.
About a decade my father had a SBI card which he discontinued and had informed SBI call center. Now they have accured interest of annual charges for decade and are after me and harassing me (including abusive language, calling at odd hours at home when wife is alone, etc).
My father is not staying with me and in no circumstances I should be harrassed for any transcations had between my father and SBI (I was not the guarantor of the same). The house is in my name and not in my father's name.
Since I have card from SBI in my name, they pulled out my number and address for harrasing me.
Can you pls help in suggesting suitable forum where I can raise this concern and have some solution.
