I m based at Jalandhar near Jyoti Chowk & i am using Tata Photon (Post Paid Connection) for last 8-9 months. My Tata Photon No. is 9216821844 & my contact no. is 9779016161.Every time i had visited your showroom situated at Near Lal rattan Cinema,Nakodar Road,Jalandhar. I found that the system was always down & no one was accepting bill payments & even answering customers queries,we can say in other words that they are not attending the customers properly,they always sharing their personal matters first then answer the customer. In Simple words this type of dealing is known as HARASSEMENT.They only recommend to go to other nearby showroom.I am Facing this problem for the last 6 Months (Appox.). Is there any solution of this problem?
