Sad Complaint Against Elevate Lounge Pune Deduction of bill twice
Hi All,

I need your advice as to how to go about to register a complaint against Elevate Lounge Pimple Saudagar Pune.
These have deducted the bill amount twice.I had paid the bill using my debit card on 9th feb 2013 and i can see that ther are two transactions in my online banking history on the same day for the same amount.

The management of Elevate Lounge is not respoding hence need to flag this to the consumer court.

Any advice and guidance will be highly appreciated.

First, please make a legal notice(Titled: "Notice Before Filing Complaint with Consumer Court") on simple paper(preferably typed on computer neatly) mentioning your complaint, when and how and whom you've contacted them giving your identity etc and give them a date that if they don't settle it by the date you'll be filing complaint in consumer forum.

Please send it by Speedpost and keep the receipt of it safely.

It is not the amount that matters. It is more of my self-respect as an educated consumer!Shy
