I am Vishal bhutani owning a Vodafone postpaid

September,I received my bill, then it showed a
charge of Rs 75 ,without my approval,company
hasn't msged me, for asking to charge, then when i
approached the company they said they agree that,
they haven't asked, but reversal can't happen and
you have to pay the charge for this month, i beared
that 75+75+ tax.
i had called customer care,asking them to
deactivate the plan, they said it will be deactivated,
and today in my new bill, they again charged me,
when i argued they said the plan was not
deactivated, and no reversal will occur, even the
problem is on thier behalf,i have to paytl this Rs 75
plus a charge of this month,which is again Rs 75
so total 75+75+75+75+ tax. how a company can
say, we can't do anything, we can't reverse, even
on mails
