UBISLATE Sent for screen replacement not returned

I sent my ubislate 7c+ to Datawind amritsar address for a broken screen replacement along with a cheque of Rs1500 as per their email. As per courier records my ubislate my delivered to them on Jun 8th 2013. Till now they are not responding to the email and my calls

I calling to 0183 258 1330 and no one is picking.
