I had booked train from Mumbai Central to Amritsar for Date 24th December 2023 With PNR - 8858305613. Due to the ticket was not confirmed and moved to RAC on the chart Preparation, i Immediately Filled the TDR for the same.
I had not travelled to Amritsar due to ticket was not confirmed.
After filling the TDR, TDR was rejected in the month of Feb stating that " AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED".
I was in Mumbai on 24th, 25th December when the train was departed for which i have proof.
I had sent email to IRCTC but they are also stating the same.
I need my Refund of money or else proof which shows that i had travelled in that train.
