On 15th of Sep, two transactions were made through my credit card, a total amount of Rs 2500 was charged from my account, details can be provided with proof, this amount was from HDFC Bank Credit Card. My son did not even remove the play station 4 console, it is a case of the account being hacked and people misusing this account, and carrying out credit card transactions. Since, the main issue is with the security of your device and Sony, I want my money to be refunded back immediately or else I would have to lodge a police complaint as to how this account was hacked and my credit card used and also spread message in the social media - twitter, face book about the lapse by Sony.
