Hi,

I bought a new phone on sep26th 2013.I started using it in 15 the oct2013. Within a week's time there was a problem with the phone , not able see the display .Hence I took the phone to a service center and they informed that there is a problem with the motherboard and the display.they informed saying they will replace the same since the phone in warranty.

I don't want the mothereboard and display to be replaced. I want an entire handset to be replaced.

When I spoke with the head of escalations Mr Deepak from samsung Georgian office he was very rude and reluctant.

i want your esteemed office to take necssary actions and get me a proper solution.

Don't worry about this. No company in the world will replace full handset. First they'll try to repair. I don't see problem in doing this.
