I'm in need of getting passport renewed on Tatkal since my travel is scheduled in three weeks. However, I have a court case pending so the online system doesn't let me register for Tatkal service.
Do I have any other option to get the passport renewed in a week or two?
I have the NOC from court and all other related documents.
