hey i have applied for passport over 14 months ago but i had a problem my DOB in birth certificate did not match with my slc birth date so i changed the respectives from school and resubmitted again in passport office then i got police verification for the second time 2 months ago and i submitted every document with proper DOB but still the status is the same and i am not receiving my passport please help its urgent my service request no is 1330176996 and dob is 02/11/1991 and file no is BO3060865565413..need help
