I'm using vodafone from last 5-6 years, but this time when I was in roaming they charged me for 2G service for which I already have 5GB pack.
When I called and asked why I have been charged, they told you used internet service in IDEA network, I have not switched to any other network manually, but they are claiming I selected the preferred network.
They are just not ready to accept their fault. There network is very poor now a days so they are switching their customers to different networks to hide their short comings and then charging huge amounts for same.
Its really disgusting to pay huge amounts after taking internet packs.
