I had booked a Celerio CNG Model (Color Sun Shine Ray) on 4-5/06/2016. I was promised that I would get delivery of the car within 15-20 days from the date of booking.
Unfortunately, even as on date there seems to be no sight of the vehicle being delivered with THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF TANYA AUTOMOBILES CHIPPI TANK MEERUT MAKING ALL THE FALSE PROMISES THEY CAN MAKE WHEN EVEN CONTACTED ON PHONE.
Kindly be aware that a down payment of Approximately Rs. 200000/- has been made to Tanya Automobiles on which they are earning non-entitled interest. The rest payment has been financed through a bank on which I would have to pay interest unnecessarily if the car is not delivered.
When The matter was requested to be sorted out immediately or else payment along with interest returned immediately no proper reply has been received. E-Mails even to the CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited have remain unanswered.
