Misguidance from Vodafone customer care leading to Mental Torture now.

I was levied charges of internet usage for Aug - Oct month for which i had complained that i am recieving msgs on whats app at my house which i shudnt be recieving as i have done wifi in office & only want net access on wifi at my office. I complained about it same day when i sw that i am recieving msgs. Their executive told me to do some changes in my blackberry handset & i told him dat i doubt its proper bt he said it is & i believd him. he also said our executive wil cal me to re assure that watvr he said is porper. When i sw that i was levied intrenet chrgs for the Aug month i complained again. Beauty is that i got a cal from 2271713333 stating that you have been wrongly debited charges & will get reversed & when again i called to confirm i was told that their executive has written in notes that chrgs are right & client is fyn with it. den i told their executive that check the recording & if your executive has not said what i stated levy double charges. This is ridiculous & breach of trust that has happened & that is y am forced to write a mail . also when i am complainin them dat i m not intrstd in your net services jus want wifi connectivity again i m levied for Sep month. I mean this is just insane monitoring system wherein if i m complaining b4 hand that i dont need your service i m levied chrgs evry month. Nvr b4 i was levied chrgs like this. on 8th Oct i visited voda gallery for my 3 month long pending internet bill issue & i xplaind them that due to your untrained staff at customer care & misguidiance i am levied internet chrgs. i only want internet on my mobile via WIFI in my office & do not want vodafones free service & askd many tyms to diskonnct internet on my mobile so that if theres is any problem in my WIFI i cn nt access net. Bt nothing is happening & executives are jus talking like parrots that we cannot reverse . i Explaind them that see the pattern of usage for las 3 months. My office tymings are 8.45 am to 7- 7.30 pm mon - Sat. no usage on sundays. if m so loyal to them that b4 using on 1 st day i complained that i am getting msgs on wts app at my plc which i shudnt b getting coz i only want wifi based net usage still i was misguided . i questioned & askd them to arrange a cal back from gud techinician coz i dont want billing issues later. Borivali gallery internet techinican Pradeep Kumar Gupta admitted the settings in front of Shankar Vishwakarma for Blackberry handset as i was guided by their customer care. I had other number for which i have paid 8000 bills also for 3 months(9820060138) & nvr questioned credibility of bill coz i knew i used their services & also evry month i m levied sum msgn chrs which i nvr questioned coz i kw i use it. Bt common sense also prevails that if i am using Inet in my office as Wifi for las 3 monts atlst an Hr of proper wifi connectivity will b there. kindly help me in fighting for this very irresponsible billing system done by vodafone irrespective of my very gud credit histry, Usage & relationship spanning for almost 7 yrs nw.
