I have booked my ticket from irctc on 12th oct 2019, my balance got deducted from ixigo directly from bank account twice but ticket boking not done...call several times in ixigo customer care but there is no executive to liten my voice...ivr direction revived balance will be credited with in 7 to 8 working days..but its 7th Nov now..still didnt received my balance.
