Indusind Bank, Bad Services

I have my account in Indusind Bank, A.B. Road, Indore for more than 10 Years.
I put my Indusind Credit Card link request through online banking portal on 2nd Dec 2015 which was marked as closed on 23rd Dec 2015 without being my card linked to my account. I sent a mail on reachus@indusind.com on 23rd April to check why did my request get closed without resolution. While writing this today i.e. Friday 13th May 2016 there is no any firm answer received from bank executives.
Some of the reference numbers are mentioned below.

I got a call from Ms. Hiteshi (Indusind Escalation Team) and as per her my card has been linked and she wanted to get confirmation from me. I checked my account again today i.e. 17th may 2016 and still reported problem is pending to be resolved.
This is very-very bad service from Indusind.
Even after my confirmation she asked me to share the screenshot, these people takes the customers as granted and think that customer sits idle to share all such information with them to keep getting mail of assurance to get their problem resolved in 3 working day...

I think there is nobody at senior level available in Indusind bank and they have given their responsibilities to a group of kids who just understand playing, and they keep playing calling the customers.
It is better to post Vacancy for suitable members in Indusind Bank to take care of their customers as nobody is there at present who is handling this Job.
