This is related to my flight on 13th june 2020. Which got cancelled by SpiceJet due to Covid 19.

Here I checked with SpiceJet Airline they already refunded the amount to agency which is ixigo from where i booked the tickets.
Now i don't no why the ixigo is not giving refund back to me.
I checked with Airline SpiceJet they have refunded complete booking amount to ixigo. Airline had not charged cancellation fee and refund was processed on 3rd May under reference id 129885164.
I checked on Ixigo app flight is still not showing cancelled. Hope you understand that they are up to big fraud because this is the issue faced by many other travelers or customer.
