We have applied for the new connection against CAFNO 0441323835 for plan Airtel -UL-Xstream Fiber 3999UL GB91024 Mbps/1024 Kbps) COMBO Plan on 18th April 2020 within two days as given in the promotional link sent by you. Before applying your executive Mr. Raja, Mobile no.9789999287 promised installation within one day even in this lockout period and connectivity of 8 units under this VIP Plan. As demanded by you, we also remitted the 3 months rental amount in advance.
Your person named Mr.Rakesh. Mobile number 9677469882 after continuous followups visited our premises 21/3 Arunachalam Road, Kotturpuram, Chennai 600085 on 20th April 2020 for installation and left the premises even without proving that the Internet is activated and took the OTP number from our gullible staff. He did not even connect the telephone line when an instrument was also available besides for that purpose.
We feel betrayed by AIRTEL on the following:
1- You did not commission the service the next day as promised, but with repeated follow-ups your service person came on 20th April by 4.00 pm only.
2- You have not completed the installation fully and the internet is not activated in our house.
3- You have not even connected the telephone instrument and proved the functioning of the landline phone.
4- You have cheated and taken the OTP number from a gullible person and pretend to establish the completion of installation to our satisfaction and
5- Now, our service line is made through and billing effective from 20th April 2020 only on records, although we are unable to use any of the constituents of the packages offered before booking.
In view of the above, we feel totally cheated by a leading telecom service provider and sorry that they use cheap unethical means to do business even in this distressing period. Hence, we want to surrender the above service connection and seek refund without deductions now, since we did not utilize the same. Please let us know the procedure for the same.
Finally, we also would like to inform you that the above message shall be circulated in various social media in order to caution our friends and known people from falling easy prey for the glittering sales talks of AIRTEL.
