HI, i have made payment of Rs.6790 for a new connection on 20th May 2020, REFERENCE NUMBER: AT201410016000010012361, prospect id: 102400489065 I have not received a single call from ACT for the new connection, I raised cancellation request on 2nd June, no one is responding and they are not refunding my money. i have escalated to following people, but they have no care attitude:
