I lodged a complaint with voltas about my air conditioner not cooling on 14th April and a technician visited me on 16th of April.And as they visited me without much checking they said " sir aapka compressor me problem Hai workshop lejana padega" and i said my Ac was working fine just two days ago and i wanted a second opinion so paid the Ac tecnicians their visiting charge and they left. And day after local technicians visited and checked my outdoor unit and said , sir its nothing and only a wire is cut near outdoor unit and my ac is working fine today without any problems . So the verdict is Voltas Stop robbing the customers
