Videocon LED TV

I have complaint regarding my 32" LED TV purchased on 18-Feb, 2017 and It's has product warrant of 3 years. Recently I have complain regarding the LED TV screen that "TV Screen is compeletly black". Videocon engineer visit to my home to check and after checking TV he found that screen is not working So he created a request to change the TV LED screen. This requested approved on 3 Oct, 2019 but still TV screen is not reached from company store house to service center. Whenever I call Videcon service center they told me that " they are forwarding and resolving my complain on emergency basis. And they are saying this to me around 1 month.

They are not telling me exact timeline when they will solve the problem.
