Very bad service of samsung

I have purchased Samsung refrigerator model no. RS62K60A7SL, from Sales Emporium (lansdowne), 68, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata - 700 025, on 31/08/2017, after purchasing refrigerator i am facing problems since13th October 2017, there is water leakage. Since then i had complained more than 20 times to Samsung and in between around 20-25 people had come to my home for checking. Infact their technicians from head office has also came 3-4 times. All of them took pictures and said that we have forwarded this to management and they will take appropriate action on the above matter. Till date my problems has not been sorted out.

All of them come and just take the photographs and no response.

Today they are saying pictures are not clear please send the pictures.

Its shocking that after 10 months they realise that pictures are not clear. All pictures are taken by their technicians only.

They are just ignoring because they don't want to replace.
