Very Bad Service By Hitachi

Yes you are right.
Hitachi company is a very good company but the service is very poor. Even Hitachi agent doesn't pick the customer call. They have no value of the customer. Last year I have installed 2 Hitachi Ac in my Home. Suddenly this year Ac is not working properly. I had tried to contact the service center so many time but didn't any solution. One of the Hitachi agents whose contact number is 08699321094 whose name is Aakash came to my house and checked the Ac. He told me about some problem and say me to come back again the next day. It's passed 4-5 days. I continually call him but he didn't pick my call or even doesn't give me any reasons.
Even I have tried to call +918882982220 but its showing not right number.
Please let me know what I have to do.
