Good evening , myself keshab samanta and My user id(keshab_s) and it was used from last 10 years ,one day by mistake I have clicked some portion from my user id and my account has suspended after that I have requested to all irctc customer care email(care@irctc.co.in) and they was telling me that your Ewallet balance should return as same system by net banking..6- 7days time may be....I have awaited but no refund money have received, again I send a mail and they r telling it is not possible to return your money , They are given me wrong information.
How I can return my Ewallet balance.....how it possible?
