In March 2012, I purchased Astrology software (Business pack) from Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt. Ltd., for commercial purpose.
On 19 November 2013, Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt. Ltd., sent DMCA Copyright Complaint to Google (Notice of DMCA removal from Google Search) stating that my “reports such as Wealth Prediction, Numerology, Gem Recommendation, Full Horoscope, Year 2013 Prediction, etc are infringed by mentioning on the home page of my website. They claim original work at their website.
As a result, Google has taken down my website’s homepage URL from search results! This effected traffic to my website and am getting 80% less visitors.
I believe above complaint is breach of contract after selling business pack software and thus taking bread and butter from those that have purchased the software. Term such as "numerology" is not a work of authorship. Neither is "full horoscope” nor any of these other mentioned terms. This is unethical business practice.
