I bought a laptop from flipkart back in January and bought Buyback offer with it, according to which I'll get 23000rs off when I'll exchange my laptop for new one, The buyback was valid from 18th Sept and I don't know how to avail it I contact the Customer service several Time But never got a working solution I am a Student and need a powerful System to work with but flipkart doesn't have any solution for my query. I don't know what to do now
