Samsung AC service is a nightmare

I have been using Samsung inverter ACs for about 4 years now. Every year, the gas leaks and I have to get it refilled. Filed numerous complaints with both Samsung and Reliance (from where the product was purchased) but no end to my miseries. They keep on pushing the matter from Samsung to Reliance ResQ and vice versa. Have purchased warranty from reliance resq but they will send over samsung guys for repair who ask us to pay for the services. Worst service and products ever. I hate Samsung now.
