I have purchased the Samsung A50 Mobile last month i.e June 2019 and I faced the display issue on the second day itself.I even approached the Service center ,initially they said its a minor one and stated as Death Issue.Second time when i visited again they said software issue and will update it they said.Third time again I went they said again death issue and gave back the mobile saying its common one and need not worry.But still iam facing the same issue..Now again when i went to the service center today ie.23rd July 2019 again they are saying that software needs to be updated and will give the same piece back...
I have been telling them to please replace the mobile but they are not doing....
kindly request you to please replace the mobile with a new piece..
