Ridiculous response by Axis executive

I notified many times to axis bank executive regarding bug in app since I am not able to redeem my reward points which keeps on expiring but did not get any resolution from them, i asked for email id as well to mail but they said to raise concern through app portal support option and that too even not working , being working in IT i know it is bug in their application neither they are helping me for my concern nor giving email id to drop mail, please team now seeing option from advertisement that we can directly raise concern to RBI , expecting help from your side to take action accordingly.
